Digital products and Services
We issue refunds for digital products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
- Product not delivered (if you haven't received the confirmation of the reservation)
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Hotels Booking and Reservation
You can request a free refund up to sixty (60) days after the payment of your booking, provided that this period shall not exceed fifteen (17) days from the date of your check in. If cancellation is after this date (17 days from your check in) or in case of no-show, will be charged the full price of your reservation.
You can request a refund after sixty (60) days of payment of your booking, provided that this period shall not exceed fifteen (17) days from the date of your check in and will be charged a fee of 25% of the price of your reservation.
